Consent to the processing of personal data
I, acting freely, of my own free will and in my interests, give to the Limited Liability Company "CHAOYU EXPO RUS" (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer), located at the following address: 196605, Russian Federation, St. Petersburg, internal territory of the city, settlement Shushary, Peterburgskoye Highway, 64, bldg. 1, litera A, room 1254, this consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Consent) for the purpose of promoting services, advertising, informing about the activities and events held by the Organizer, as well as maintaining statistics, analyzing the work of the Organizer's website (hereinafter referred to as the Site).

The Consent is considered to be received by the Organizer from the subject of personal data from the moment of selecting the option "I agree to the processing of my personal data" located on the Site. The Organizer has the right to collect, receive from third parties, record, systematize, accumulate, store, clarify (update, change), extract, use, transfer (access, provide), block, delete, destroy using automation tools my personal data listed below:

  • last name, first name, patronymic;
  • contact phone number;
  • contact e-mail address;
  • information about problems that arose in the process of using information technologies and technical means;
  • name and details (series and number, date of issue, name and code of the issuing authority) of the identity document on the territory of the Russian Federation;
  • address of registration at the place of residence or place of stay;
  • date of registration at the place of residence or place of stay;
  • information about the fact, date, time of visiting sites and/or pages of sites on the Internet;
  • information about the fact, date, time of visiting network addresses;
  • information about the volume of consumed network traffic;
  • information about the user device;
  • geographical address of the user's connection point to the Internet;
  • cookies;
  • information about the actions of the Site users;
  • information about the user's equipment and browser;
  • IP address;
  • date and time of the session;
  • referrer (address of the previous page).

I hereby consent to the transfer (provision, access) of personal data stipulated by this Agreement to the Committee on Labor and Employment of the Population of St. Petersburg (address: 190000, St. Petersburg, Galernaya St., 7) and to the Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization "Agency for the Development of Human Capital in the Northwestern Federal District" (address: 188300, Leningrad Region, Gatchina, Karla Marksa St., 66, bldg. A) for the purpose of maintaining statistics and reporting on the results of activities.

This Agreement is valid from the date of its signing until the moment of its revocation, as well as after the last visit to the Site for 5 (five) years. I have been informed that this Consent may be revoked by me in accordance with Article 9 of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" by submitting a written request to the address of the Organizer. The said written request must contain the following information about me:

  • last name, first name, patronymic;
  • residential address;
  • name and number of the main identity document;
  • information about the date of issue of the said document and the issuing authority;
  • signature.

I have been informed that in the event of revocation of this Consent, the Organizer has the right to continue processing my personal data without my consent if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2-11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10 and Part 2 of Article 11 of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".
